Denise is a real estate professional with over 14 years experience in the Miami real estate market. She started her career managing rental properties for the Related Group in 2001. During the 2008 downturn of the market, Denise took over a portfolio of distressed condos and helped successfully lease and manage units at several buildings including City Place South Tower in West Palm Beach, Harbour House, 500 Brickell, Icon Brickell, and 50 Biscayne. Denise assisted the sales team in marketing the units as income producing investment properties with tenants in place. She went on to manage and lease up Terrazas River Park Village in the Miami River District and soon after was promoted to the District Manager overseeing over 1,500 units through out Miami.
